Work Completed This Week The contractor installed temporary perforated risers and manhole restrictor plates at both basin outfalls. Riprap was placed along the Hook Drive Extension, and excess excavation spoils were hauled off-site. Testing of the installed sanitary sewer and water main was also completed.
Work Anticipated Next Week Hauling of underground excavation spoils and grading of the Hook Drive Extension to subgrade are expected to continue throughout the site. Respreading of topsoil on slopes along Hook Drive is planned to begin.
Neighborhood Impacts Construction traffic may be entering and exiting the Hook Drive Extension site at Nicole Lane. Residents and drivers in the area should use caution when traveling near the project entrance. Please watch for construction signage, follow all posted traffic control measures, and visit this website for weekly updates throughout the duration of the project.
