The contractor also continued grading the aggregate base for roadway widening in preparation for paving and placed the 4-inch Hot Mix Asphalt binder course along the widened sections of Nicole Lane and Woodbine Drive.
The Nicole Lane road closure and detour were removed, and the roadway reopened to traffic early Friday morning, July 3.
